The peripatetic Isaiah Rogers, although not strictly a Philadelphia architect, is represented in the Girard College competition collection. He lost this competition to Thomas Ustick Walter.

Rogers practiced architecture in Mobile, AL, Boston, MA, New York, and Cincinnati, OH.
