Brother to architects A. C. and Charles Schweinfurth, Boston architect Julius A. Schweinfurth was born in Auburn, NY, and trained in the office of Peabody & Stearns in Boston. His proposals for the Union Theological Seminary in New York are represented in the Architectural Archives of the University of Pennsylvania.
