Born in Southwick, MA, but chiefly known as a Chicago architect, William Boyington designed the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Philadelphia (1850s), according to Gleason's Pictorial, 7 (5 August 1854): 72, and Philadelphia's Public Ledger newspaper (11 September 1851).
