Earl K. Bishop, son of Everett Russell Bishop, studied at the Yale School of Fine Arts before coming to Philadelphia to study architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. After earning a certificate of proficiency in 1916, Bishop is presumed to have returned to Connecticut, where he later practiced.
