Established as successors to Evans, Warner & Bigger, Evans, Warner & Register represented the office of Edmund C. Evans, James S. Warner, and H. Bartol Register (who had replaced Frederick T. Bigger in the firm). The firm flourished until James S. Warner's death in 1914; then Register resigned; and Evans continued, using the office name Evans & Warner.
