Lee V. Seibert was born in Richland, PA, and received his B.S. in Architecture from Pennsylvania State College in 1930. He then embarked on a series of drafting positions: Byron H. Edwards (1935-1937), Lovelace & Spillman (1938-1940), Bethlehem Steel Co. (1940-1943). In 1945 he joined the prosperous architectural office of Muhlenberg Bros., where he worked as chief draftsman from 1945 to 1951, becoming a partner in that year. When Muhlenberg Bros. dissolved in 1965, Seibert and former Muhlenberg Bros. partner Frederick R. Shenk established a successor firm.
