OUR PARTNERS

Senior partner Frank E. Hahn, along with Ecole-trained S. Brian Baylinson, established Hahn & Baylinson around 1923, with offices at 1112 Chestnut Street. A note in the Philadelphia Real Estate Record and Builders Guide of 1928 sounds the end of this partnership, when S. Brian Baylinson moves to his own office.

In the allocation of responsibilities within this partnership, certainly S. Brian Baylinson would have had considerable impact on design; and it is during these years that the Hahn firm is credited with the Warwick Hotel as well as several buildings for the Young Men's Hebrew Association.
