Born: c. 1895, Died: 1982

A resident of Merchantville, NJ, M. Joseph Truscott received his training in engineering at Rutgers University and served in the Army Corps of Engineers during World War I. Following the war, he worked for W. P. Carson Co. as supervisor of sewer construction. His later positions included president of William A. Goff, Inc. and of Fridy, Gauker, Truscott & Fridy.

Truscott was active in professional societies, joining the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Engineering Society of Southern New Jersey.
