U.S. Air Force during World War II (1942-6).

Education: Sc.B., Brown University, 1948. M.F.A. Arch., Princeton University, 1954. Won Princeton architectural scholarship (1953), Lowell M. Palmer fellowship (1954); Howard Crosby Butler prize and AIA student medal, both 1954.

Project Manager, Vincent G. Kling, by 1960. Formed Bower & Fradley with fellow member of Kling's office, John A. Bower, 1961.

Left firm by 1978.

Joined national AIA 1968.
