Borzner & Wood appears in Philadelphia city directories from 1913 to 1915, but citations for its work only appear in the Philadelphia Real Estate Record and Builders Guide in 1914 and briefly in 1915. Furthermore, when Andrew Borzner applied for membership in the AIA, he cited much earlier dates for the partnership.
