This firm was succeeded in 1924 by Davis, Dunlap & Barney, but the name was revived around 1929 when William Pope Barney left the firm. By 1945 Davis & Dunlap was succeeded by Davis, Dunlap & Carver. Then, in 1953, the firm name revived again when younger Dunlap probably became partner. The firm was finally succeeded in 1958 by Dunlap & Rienzi.
