This short-lived office was established by two alumni of the Frank Miles Day firm, Spencer Roberts and Lloyd Titus. In January 1895 they announced in the Philadelphia Real Estate Record and Builders Guide that they had opened office on South Fourth Street in Philadelphia. Few projects are cited for them in the PRERBG; however, it does appear that they were involved in some residential development.
