According to the 1934 Book of the School Morton K. Fleishman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1924 with his B. of Arch. He had already appeared in the Philadelphia city directories as a student in 1923 and would remain so in the directory for 1924. In 1925 he changes to architect and has a citation in the Philadelphia Real Estate Record and Builders Guide, in which he lists his office address as 1211 Walnut Street, the same address used by Watson, Edkins & Thompson; however, that office address does not appear in Fleishman's listing in the Philadelphia city directory for that year or the following.
Fleishman's last occurrence in the Philadelphia city directories is in 1929, when he notes himself as an architect with Horace Trumbauer.
