This short-lived partnership flourished in 1901/02, ending in August when, according to the Philadelphia Real Estate Record and Builders Guide, Mahlon H. Dickinson bought out the interests of his partner. Work for the partners appears to have been connected to the interests of developer William T. B. Roberts in both Glenside and Ogontz.
