In 1934 the Book of the School, published by the University of Pennsylvania, states that William H. Gravell is associated with this partnership; however, no other citations for the partnership have been uncovered; and both Gravell and Chester I. Duncan appear in association with William H. Gravell, Inc.. In the 1931 Philadelphia Chapter, AIA/T-Square Club exhibition catalog Gravell and Duncan share an advertisement (p.8), with each listed individually as a registered engineer, occupying offices at 225 South 15th Street.
