Chester Duncan is part of the William H. Gravell, Inc. company although he is also listed individually in an advertisement placed in the 1931 Philadelphia Chapter, AIA/T-Square Club catalog (p.8); and the 1934 Book of the School, published by the University of Pennsylvania, lists Gravell & Duncan as partners. However, this partnership is never acknowledged in the Philadelphia city directories.
