William Dickinson is listed on the Rankin, Kellogg & Crane payroll from May through November 1923. He worked on the George H. Buzby House, the Chalfonte Hotel, the Cardeza House, the Philadlelphia Inquirer Building, and the First M. E. Church for Rankin & Kellogg.
Unfortunately, due to the popularity of his name, the exact William Dickinson who worked for Rankin & Kellogg has not been discovered; however, he might be William Collins Dickinson, who attended the University of Pennsylvania's program in architecture as part of the Class of 1925. That William Dickinson gave his address as Harrisburg, PA, in the Book of the School, p. 193.
