Reading, PA, partnership Ritcher & Eiler represented the work of A. A. Ritcher and H. I. Eiler and succeeded the association that they had established in 1904 when Eiler entered the office as a draftsman. An interim firm had been labeled A. A. Ritcher & Howard I. Eiler, associate architects, and a 1920 association with William H. Lee in Philadelphia had been formalized as Ritcher-Lee Co.. Their chief output was church architecture, but the firm also designed Valley National Bank (Coatesville, 1915), Berks County Trust Co. (Reading, 1918), Reading Hospital (1923), Reading High School (1925), Oberlander residence (Wyomissing, 1926).
