DuBois, PA, architect John Peter Harrington earned his B.S. in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania in 1911. At University he was a member of the Camera and Architecture Clubs. In DuBois he established Harrington & Howard with Russell Griffith Howard, who had graduated one year behind him at the University.
