Born: 9/29/1891, Died: 2/3/1946

Louis A. S. Bellinger earned his B.S. in Architecture at Howard University 1914. Although at first he was employed on the faculty of Allen University in Columbia, SC, he actually worked as an architect and building inspector in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for 26 years, beginning in 1919.

In 1945, he was elected a member of the American Institute of Architects.
