Eugene M. Sansom appears as an architect in the Philadelphia city directories from 1892 to 1911. Since his widow is listed in 1912, it is assumed that he died during the preceding year. It is not until 1902 that Sansom includes an office address in his city directory listing, and then it appears as 110 South 4th Street, the same address given for Mantle Fielding. Sansom remains at that address through 1907, in 1908 has no office address, and in 1909 through 1911 notes 518 Walnut Street for his office.
Sansom became a member of the T-Square Club in 1889.
