This firm is associated with the work of Arthur Hall and William Gravell. Although the office is not recorded in Philadelphia city directories, citations for work do appear in the Philadelphia Real Estate Record and Builders Guide from 1924 to 1926. By 1925 in city directories Gravell has established William H. Gravell, Inc., engineers, with offices in the Otis Building.
