Title devised by cataloger. Drawing LIN*030*001 is an unidentified pencil rendering of the front elevation. On the verso is a preliminary floor plan, not necessarily for this house, crossed out. Drawing LIN *030*002 is labelled "Original drawing. Robt. Kaighn, Esq., 3713 Chestnut St." Shown is an incomplete ink rendering similar to the pencil drawing. Visually, it is similar to Kaighn's house in Maine, cataloged separately, but not the same. It is presumed to be Kaighn's Philadelphia residence, from the Chestnut St. address. It is attributed to Linfoot by style and presence in the collection.
