Orchestra shot taken circa 1928. 29 rank Kimball [organ] is against stage just to right of center." [2] 2 interiors, with verso stamp of "Joseph N. Pearce, photographer, 5302 Pine Street, Philadelphia, Pa." Nos. 13506-13507. [3] 1 exterior perspective. No. 35007, dated 1-13-35. No photographer given. [4] 1 exterior of entrance & marquee at show time, with crowd & ca. 1950' autos. "War & Peace" with Audry Hepburn & Henry Fonda showing. ca. 1950's autos. [5] 3 exterior snapshots, ca. 1960's autos. [6] 3 images from demolition, ca. 1973. Glazer, Philadelphia theatres, A-Z provides the address of 19th & Market Sts. According to Glazer the building was by Hoffman and Henon Company, opening in Jan. 1921, with n 1933 alteration of William H. Lee. It was dedicated as a memorial to Stanley Mastbaum, president of the Stanley Corporation theatres. It's demolition in 1973, was documented by the photoproofs in this collection.
