MARC Description:
Set includes drawings called Scheme 1 to Scheme 8A, in plan, with additional survey & contour maps, plus a sun time study. Three drawings refer to "Eardgeard". The 1946 Walton survey gives this as "Eardgeard - Kentmore Park, Kennedyville, Md.", suggesting that perhaps this was the name for the house at Kentmore Park. This survey shows the property near the Parkfront Beach on the Sassafras River. An Apr. 15, 1950 survey has "Traced from Roy Mitchell's plat" and shows the Parkfront Beach, Riverside Ave. and Hill Rd. intersecting Kentmore Road.
