Note: This house appears to be of stone, with a stucco(?) second level with half-timber Tudor styling at the windows. This is probably the front elevation.
Note: This unfinished sketch elevation for a country house has been attributed to William L. Price from its drawing style and presence with other drawings signed or initialled by Price, and dated 1897-1899. While Price was also working in Baltimore, Maryland and in New Jersey, the bulk of his work of residence of this size, during this time period, was in Main Library railroad communities such as Merion, Devon & Bryn Mawr.
