  • Philadelphia Inquirer (Apr 24, 1896): 10. "Plans for the Rothschild office building, to be erected at Nos. 12 and 14 South Broad street, adjoining the Third National Bank, have been completed, and filed with the Building Inspectors. The building will be eight stories, 43.4 x 95 feet, and will cost about $85,000. It is owned by E.J. Rothschild and the construction will be done by Theodore Livezey, on plans made by architects Yarnall and Goforth."
