- "It being represented to the Board, That the Market Stalls to the Westward of the Court House are very much out of Repair, particularly the Roof: The Board having taken the same into Consideration, do appoint Alderman Mifflin and Samuel Rhoads, a Committee to agree with Workmen, provide the necessary materials, and get the sd Stalls put into good Condition as soon as conveniently they can."
